Paradigm Playbook exists to tie together the threads of sports, fitness, business, self-help, and business development into a resilient fabric that sets the foundation for your business success. We distill libraries of information into bite-sized, relatable content that you can absorb quickly and apply to your business immediately. Through a variety of platforms, Dave and Steve will engage with members to share stories, ideas, failures, successes, lessons, inspirations, and aspirations. Together, we will form a mighty team of sports and fitness entrepreneurs - learning, growing, encouraging . . . succeeding.
Who We Are
The founders of Paradigm Playbook, Steve Cook and Dave Kozak, share two passions: sports and business. They firmly believe that investing in business improvement will fuel and finance your passion for business.
Working in or around the business of sports and fitness for their entire careers, Steve and Dave have a combined 70 years of success that has proven to them that certain basic principles are the foundation for all good businesses.
Steve and Dave met on the baseball diamond and their friendship grew over many years as they met for breakfast to exchange views on sports, society, and business. It didn’t take long for this “breakfast club” to dive deep into philosophical discussions on entrepreneurship. Both avid readers, Steve and Dave found many of their conversations centered on a book they’d read. Over the years they’ve referenced at least 500 books that helped form and inform their approach to business.
Paradigm Playbook is the result of their years of reading, decades of discussion, and thousands of insights, inspirations, and “a-ha” moments. Together, Dave and Steve want to share the knowledge they’ve absorbed and apply it to their area of expertise: succeeding as entrepreneurs in the business of sports and fitness. By offering their experiences and insights to other entrepreneurs through multimedia platforms, workshops, and educational forums, Steve and Dave will help Paradigm Playbook members recapture the exhilaration and enthusiasm that first drew them to the world of sports and fitness.
